Choosing

Which one do you actually need?

Four ways to run the same website, ordered by how much of the stack you own. Most people buy a step further up than they need to.

Why us

The boring things, done properly

Hosting is judged on the day something breaks. These are the decisions that matter then.

Own hardware

We buy, rack and replace every part ourselves. No reseller in the middle when a disk fails.

Hands on site

Technicians in the building around the clock. Failed component swapped within 15 minutes of diagnosis.

Real support

Tickets answered by engineers with root, in Hebrew or English. No script, no tier one.

Clean network

Blended transit, 100G peering at IIX and DE-CIX, and 2 Tbps of always-on DDoS scrubbing.

IPv6 as standard

A /64 with every service and a /48 on request, routed, not tunnelled.

No surprise bills

Unmetered ports on dedicated servers. Overage is quoted before it is charged.

Who runs on this

What our customers are doing with it

Israeli e-commerce

Checkout latency in single-digit milliseconds for local shoppers, and tax invoices your accountant will accept without a conversation.

SaaS platforms

Dedicated cores for the database, virtual machines for the web tier, and a private VLAN between them at no extra cost.

Media and streaming

Unmetered gigabit on dedicated hardware, 10 Gbps when the catalogue grows, and peering that keeps local viewers off paid transit.

Financial services

Single-tenant hardware, lockable cages, ISO 27001 behind it and audit reports available under NDA.

Agencies and resellers

Sub-accounts per client, one invoice instead of thirty, and white-label DNS on your own nameservers.

Backup and recovery

A second copy twenty kilometres from the first, or in Frankfurt when the regulator asks for distance.

Getting started

From order to root access

Four steps, and you talk to the same engineer through all of them.

  1. 01

    Tell us the workload

Send the spec, or describe what you are running and we will size it.

  2. 02

    We build and burn in

Hardware assembled, memory and disks tested for 12 hours before handover.

  3. 03

    Credentials arrive

Root or IPMI details, network diagram and an invoice with no setup fee.

  4. 04

    You deploy

Dedicated servers in 2–4 hours. Virtual machines in about 90 seconds.

Hosting in Israel

Why the location of the metal matters

Any provider can sell you cores. These are the things that only come from being in the same country as your customers.

Latency you can feel

A round trip from Tel Aviv to Frankfurt costs about 60 ms before your application does any work at all. From our floor it is under 5 ms. On a page that makes twenty database calls, that gap is the difference between fast and sluggish, and no amount of caching hides it.

Data that stays where you put it

Anything you place in TLV1 or TLV2 stays in Israel, backups included. When a customer or a regulator asks where the data lives, the answer is a building you can drive to and walk through.

Invoices that work here

Billing in shekels with a proper tax invoice, paid by bank transfer, credit card or net-30 for registered companies. No currency conversion and no chasing a foreign entity for paperwork at year end.

Support in your language

The engineer reading your ticket at 2am is in Israel and answers in Hebrew or English. Escalation means a phone call, not a queue position behind three other time zones.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you host outside Israel?

Yes. Central Israel is our home, and we run identical hardware in Frankfurt for customers who need an EU footprint or a second failure domain.

Can I bring my own hardware?

That is colocation. Ship it to us or hand it over at reception, and we rack, cable and label it for you.

Is support really 24/7?

The NOC is staffed continuously. Sales and billing work 09:00–18:00, Sunday to Thursday.

What contract length do you need?

Virtual machines and web hosting are monthly. Dedicated servers are monthly with a discount for annual prepay. Colocation is 12 months minimum.

Can I try before committing?

On virtual machines the hourly billing does this for you — an hour of testing costs a few agorot. For dedicated servers we will give you 48 hours against a signed order, cancellable if the hardware does not suit the workload.

How do you handle a DDoS attack?

Detection runs constantly and scrubbing engages automatically, up to 2 Tbps. You are not billed for attack traffic, and we do not null-route your address as a first response the way budget hosts do.

Do you issue Israeli tax invoices?

Yes, automatically for every payment, and they can go to a separate accounting address if your finance team prefers that.

Do you support Windows Server?

On dedicated servers and virtual machines, with the licence included in the monthly price. Web hosting is Linux only.

Not sure which layer you need?

Describe the workload — traffic, storage, compliance — and we will send back a spec and a price, usually within a working day.
