The people who rack it
We started in 2011 with four racks and a bad experience as customers. The company is still owned by the engineers who run it.
What we do
We build and operate hosting infrastructure in Israel: dedicated servers, virtual machines, colocation and the network that connects them. We own the hardware, hold the leases on the space, and employ the technicians. There is no reseller layer between you and the equipment.
Why we started
The founders spent years as customers of hosting companies where the person answering the ticket could not restart a switch. We built the company we wanted to buy from: small enough that you can reach the engineer, large enough to own the racks.
How we work
We tell you when the cheaper option is enough. We publish incidents even when nobody noticed. We quote overage before we bill it. None of this is remarkable — it is just uncommon.
The numbers
Around forty staff, three data centres, roughly three thousand customers, and a network that has grown every year since 2011 without outside investment.
Certifications
ISO 27001 certified for information security. Facilities are PCI-DSS ready and aligned with the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations. Audit reports are available under NDA.
Working here
We hire network engineers, systems engineers and data centre technicians, and we hire for curiosity over certificates. Open roles are listed on the careers page; speculative applications are read.

Site tours run Sunday to Thursday, and you are welcome to bring the engineer who will actually use the service.
