What we collect
Account details you give us — name, company, billing address, email and phone. Technical data created by using the service: IP addresses, traffic volumes, access logs and support correspondence.
Why we collect it
To provide and bill the service, to keep the network secure, to meet legal obligations, and to reach you about incidents and planned work.
Content you host
We do not inspect the content of your servers, mailboxes or virtual machines, except where we must to investigate an abuse report or comply with a lawful order.
Sharing
We share data with payment processors, domain registries where you register a domain, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Where data lives
Customer data is held in Israel. Services you place in Frankfurt store their data in Germany. Backups stay in the same jurisdiction as the service.
Retention
Account records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Access and traffic logs are kept for twelve months. Service data is deleted fourteen days after cancellation.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep. Write to support@fastserv.co.il and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
The website uses cookies that are necessary for the portal to work, and analytics that measure page traffic in aggregate. No advertising trackers.
