FAQ
Common questions
Is the CPU shared?
No. Each vCPU maps to a physical core reserved for you. We do not sell more cores than we have.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, in place. Memory and CPU need a reboot, disk does not. Downgrades need a rebuild because the disk cannot shrink safely.
What happens if I exceed the traffic allowance?
The port stays open. We bill $1.50 per extra TB and tell you when you cross the line.
Do you allow VPNs or Tor relays?
VPNs for your own use, yes. Public exit nodes, no — see the acceptable use policy.
Moving from another provider?
Send us the current spec and we will match it, migrate the data and overlap the billing so you are never paying twice.
