Acceptable use policy
What you may not run on our network
This is a starting template. Have a lawyer review it before you publish.
The short version
Do not use our network to harm other people or other networks. If in doubt, ask before you deploy.
Not allowed
Unsolicited bulk email; port scanning or attacks against third parties; hosting malware, phishing pages or stolen data; child sexual abuse material; content that incites violence; infringing copyright at scale; open resolvers, open relays and public Tor exit nodes.
Allowed with notice
Penetration testing against systems you own or have written permission to test; high volume legitimate email if you tell us first and your sending practices are sound; VPN services for your own organisation.
Resource use
Shared web hosting is shared. Sustained CPU or disk load that degrades other accounts will get you a request to move to a VPS, with help doing it.
Abuse reports
Send reports to noc@fastserv.co.il with logs and timestamps. We acknowledge within four hours and act on confirmed abuse within twenty-four.
What we do about violations
First contact is normally a request to fix it, with a deadline. Serious or repeated violations lead to suspension of the affected service. We only suspend without warning where the harm is ongoing and severe.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the ticket and ask for the duty manager. We will review it the same day.
