How we run it
Staffed continuously
Engineers on site in Tel Aviv at all hours, not on call from home.
Change windows
Planned work happens between 01:00 and 05:00 Israel time, announced seven days ahead.
Status page
Every incident published within fifteen minutes, with a written follow-up inside five working days.
Capacity policy
We add capacity when any link passes 50% at peak, so a failure never fills the remaining path.
Compliance
ISO 27001 certified, PCI-DSS ready facilities, and Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations aligned.
Independent power
72 hours of fuel on site with a standing refuelling contract, tested under load every month.
